Graskop Gorge: The escarpment town of Graskop serves as a practical base for the route. The Graskop Gorge Lift descends into the gorge via a glass lift, with a short forest walk at the bottom. The town is also well known for its pancake restaurants.

Berlin and Lisbon Falls: Two easily accessible waterfalls signposted from the R532. Lisbon Falls is the taller at around 90 metres, while Berlin Falls drops into a clear pool that catches the light well in the afternoon.
